Includes normal residential assembly, excavation for a new post footing, concrete/setting sundries, plumb/level installation, mailbox attachment and ordinary cleanup. Old post or concrete-footing removal, rocky/rooted soil, hardscape excavation, relocation/site approval, heavy decorative or masonry systems, custom fabrication and address-number/lighting/accessory installation are excluded.
