Set the replacement level, plumb and square in the existing opening
Flashing, perimeter sealing, low-expansion foam, exterior caulk, shims and fasteners
Basic interior trim and normal cleanup

Creating a new opening, egress conversion, bay/bow windows or major opening redesign
Hidden structural damage beyond the conditions selected in Price It
Extensive siding, stucco, masonry or exterior trim reconstruction not identified in the configured scope
Scaffold, lift or specialty access beyond the selected access condition
